Jovan Najdenovski, Attorney at Law

Completed Law School at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" in 1987.
1987-1989 gets practice at the Municipal Court Skopje 1 in Skopje.
From 1989 to 1994 works as professional assistant in the Legal Office of the Republic of Macedonia, at court representing the legal interests of the Republic of Macedonia, making legal opinions as well as working on subjects treated as confidential for their evolvement in the sphere of the defense of the country.
Since November 1, 1994, he has begun with the independent work through his Law Office.
Specialties: company work, contracts, telecommunication law in Europe, off shore working, legal revisions, projects for joint investments and negotiations.
He is exclusive legal representative of domestic and foreign companies.
He is also cooperator of several foreign legal offices.
Member of the Board of Directors (2 years) of the biggest Eastern European company for personal communications in Moscow, member and President of the Revision commission of LINK TELECOM Ukraine in Kiev, Counselor and procurator of the Eastern European Paging Holding in the major Macedonian ownership. He is also carrier of the legal part of the project for syndicating the rights of MTV Europe for Macedonia, 2 years member of the Presidency of the Macedonian Bar Association, carrier of the legal revision at the potential investment of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the Macedonian legal company, legal counselor of the carrier of the project for implementation of new agricultural plant in Macedonia through the Grant of the Government of Netherlands, President of the Board of Directors of foreign investment company etc ...
Besides his mother language, he speaks English and Bulgarian fluently, and can communicate in Russian.

Atanas Gazevski, graduated economist, tax and financial consultant

He has completed School of Economics in Skopje, at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius". He worked as an accountant and financial director in several firms in Skopje. From 1994 he works as a constant external coworker of the Law Office Najdenovski. From 1996 he gives services as CEO to Macedonian company owned by foreign investors. He is tax and financial consultant of one of the biggest Macedonian car distributors in major foreign ownership. In the same time he is tax consultant of several prominent companies in Skopje.
Specialty: taxes and tax policy in Macedonia and practical application of the tax legislature.
He was a participant in all projects with foreign element that have been performed through the Law Office Najdenovski.
Besides Macedonian he speaks and writes Russian and Greek fluently.

Stojanka Najdenovska, graduated economist, specialist on budget & financing solutions

She has graduated on Economic School in Skopje. She has spent over 26 years (1969 until 1996) in the Budget department of the Ministry of Finance of Macedonia on the positions of a Counselor, Inspector, Counselor of the Minister and Under Secretary.. She was in the overall charge on creation of 20 annual budgets of Macedonia, including the period since its independence. From 1996 until her retirement in the year 2000 she was State Counselor in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. During her career in the Ministry of Finance, she was member of the teams working on the structural reforms, as well as on the relations with International Monetary Fund, World Bank, etc...
Now days, she gives her contribution on financial (especially budget) issues on our clients, as well as on preparing and designing budgets on legal entities and advising on investment and other financial maters.

Marija Mirceska, Graduate at Law, Senior Assistant

She has completed the Law School in Skopje, at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius".
Her first working experience was at the Notary Office, and the next engagement was as a coworker in the Law Office in the field of legal revisions of companies for the needs of foreign investors, as well as legal representing in courts in the field of the civil law.
At the moment she is engaged as a Senior External Assistant as well as a Lawyer in OSCE in Tetovo. Specialty: company working, legal revisions, projects for joint investments and negotiations, representing in courts in civil law, as well as legal representing in the procedure of denationalization.
She speaks English fluently.

Marija Gorsevska, Graduate at Law, Assistant

She has completed the Law School in Skopje, at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius". From the year 2000 she is engaged as an Assistant Coordinator of the working of the Law Office Najdenovski.
Specialty:family legislature/divorces.
She speaks English and can communicate in German.

Biljana Sajnoska, Graduate at Law, Senior Assistant

She has completed the Law School in Skopje, at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius". From the year 2000 she is engaged as an Assistant Coordinator of the working of the Law Office Najdenovski.
Specialty: communications and normative.
She speaks English.

Dijana Seferova, Graduate at Law, Assistant

She has completed the Law School in Skopje, at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius". From the year 2002 she is engaged as an Assistant in the Law Office Najdenovski.
Specialty: correspondent company leading, registration procedures, humanitarian and non-governmental organizations, non-residential accounts, working relations, labor law.
She speaks English.


 

Slavica Ivanovska, Graduate at Law, Assistant

She has completed the Law School in Skopje, at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius". From the year 2000 she is engaged as an Assistant Coordinator of the working of the Law Office Najdenovski.
Specialty: Specialty:family legislature/divorces.
She speaks English.

Iskra Trojacanec, Graduated professor of Macedonian and English language, external coworker for translations and correspondence

She graduated at the Philology Faculty at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. From 1994 she is constant external coworker of the Law Office. She takes care for the translations and lecturing of the complete correspondence with the foreign clients as well as the communication with abroad that needs specific way of expression. She is an authorized court translator since 1991.
She speaks English fluently, and can communicate in German and Greek.
